SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
Paloma Black uses a variety of 3rd party shipping companies, depending on the volume & weight of the items purchsaed. We offer curbside delivery for all oversized and bulky items, including furniture. Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Delivery Location:
Your order will be delivered to the nearest curbside, driveway, or accessible outdoor location closest to your residence or business. Delivery personnel are not obliged to enter the premises, bring items indoors, or navigate stairs, elevators, or narrow paths.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for:
Moving the item(s) indoors
Unboxing, assembly, and disposal of packaging materials
Ensuring clear, safe curb access for the delivery truck
Inspection at Delivery:
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing or refuse the delivery. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Access Limitations:
Remote, gated, or hard-to-access locations may require additional arrangements or fees. Please contact us in advance if you believe your location may present access challenges.
Please note: Pieces of furniture with glass & mirrors are always packed as securely as possible but we are unable to insure against glass breakage during transit with the 3rd party delivery company. If there is an issue with your delivery when it arrives however, we will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution.
